As a company-wide effort, Value-Based Six Sigma is giving employees around the world the opportunity to make a difference.
Every value center has been assigned a Champion who identifies the site's most-worthy improvement projects. Each project is steered by a Black Belt trained in the use of statistical tools that can lead to higher quality, better customer service, leaner production and faster product development.
