ITT increases quarterly dividend to 12.8 cents per share

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Feb. 14, 2017 – ITT Inc. (NYSE: ITT) announced today that it is increasing its quarterly dividend to 12.8 cents per share on the company’s outstanding stock. The ITT Board of Directors has approved the cash dividend for the first quarter of 2017, which will be payable on April 3, 2017, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 13, 2017.
