ITT Vision & Values
ITT's vision and values guide the actions of every employee. Our vision is at the heart of the ITT Management System, which defines the way we do business. Our values look beyond day-to-day business demands to remind us of what is truly important – respect, responsibility and integrity in all we do. These values have been integrated into management goals, business plans and employee performance evaluations.
To promote understanding and adoption throughout the business, ITT provides vision and values training to all our employees. In 2009, a new "Living Our Values" educational program is helping employees to understand the relationship between our values and customer satisfaction.
