ITT uses an online application tracking system to better manage employment applications and the hiring process. We receive a large volume of applications each year and want to give each candidate the attention and consideration they deserve. Applying online is the most efficient and expedient way to get your resume noticed! Candidates can apply for multiple jobs, in various locations, and the electronic process allows our talent acquisition team to quickly review your application.

Also, our online database allows you to set-up a personal profile so that you can visit as often as you like to either update information or apply to additional jobs and you will not have to complete a new application each time.

We receive thousands of resumes at ITT each year and electronic submissions allow us to better manage our applicants, create talent pools and pull from a wide variety of applicants.

Yes, you are able you to apply to more than one job. Click “Apply for this job online” whenever you see a job you are interested in. When you are ready to apply, log into the system and follow the application process.
The most successful strategy for getting your resume reviewed is to apply directly for each position that you are interested in or, sign-up for job updates that meet your interests. However, if you’re not ready to apply directly to a position, you can upload your resume for general consideration by clicking the link that says Connect with us which can be found at the bottom of the page of every requisition.
It’s important to know how our applicants hear about career opportunities with ITT. We endeavor to expand our outreach and we want to ensure the platforms we use do just that.
When you submit your application, you will receive an email confirmation of resume receipt. You can always check the status of your application on your dashboard when you log into our Career site.
If you would like to include a cover letter, you can combine the document with your resume before you upload your application for a specific position.
If we have additional requirements for a specific position or need additional information from you, we will include these screening questions at the end of the "Submit Resume" page. These questions help us to determine if you are a strong match for the position for which you are applying. Your resume will still be entered in our searchable database of resumes and may be considered for another position we are recruiting for.
When you submit your application, you will receive an email confirmation of resume receipt. If your skills and qualifications strongly match the role that you applied for, a recruiter will contact you. You can always check the status of your application on the dashboard on the login page.
